The Chelovek are a human race located in the most northern parts of the world (Kingdoms of Vograd). Living amongst the cold, grueling conditions of the north have caused them to become one of the hardiest races in the world. The people known to be very muscular and large in body shape. Hair color tends to range from brown to blond while eye color tends to be blue, though occasionally there will be some different colors to show up. Skin color is usually a pale-color.
The conditions of the north have made the building of large political bodies almost impossible, and so many people instead live in communities centered around a central town of sorts. The size of these towns varies, but they usually are not very large. Inter-town rivalries are not unknown, but many times several towns will come together to create alliances and work on common goals ranging from conquest to improving the outlying villages. Areas outside of the towns, however, tend to be home to bandits and thieves.
The small-town focus of politics has breed a massive sense of community amongst the Chelovek. Outsiders tend to be viewed with suspicion, but those willing to work to improve relations with them soon find themselves amongst loyal friends. This sense of community also has caused them to become very fond of having good times, reminiscent of being around the fire and telling stories with friends and family. And a cup of strong beer doesn’t hurt either.
Chelovek receive:
+5 Stamina
+5 Ax
